How does it work?
Follow these steps to confirm the cost of your custom length curtain rail :
- Before starting, have you checked that our standard off the shelf poles are not suitable for your requirements? The cost of these can work out cheaper than using our custom length designer as we pre-manufacture the standard sizes in bulk.
- Note down the tip to tip overall length that you require your pole to be in centimetres. To help, use the image on this listing where we have marked some coloured arrows. It is Dimension A that we need you to measure. As you can see on the images the finials on the end of the rail are 75mm at each end.
- Go to the top of this listing and insert your desired tip to tip length in Centimetres into the Quantity box.
- Click Add to Cart and our site will automatically multiply your required length by the rate and add the item to your cart ready for checkout. At this point you can check that the cost provided is acceptable for your desired budget spend.
- If you need to add another custom length rail to your order, simply revisit the listing and follow these steps again to add the next rail to your cart.
- Once you are ready, click Checkout where you can view your order, check the shipping prices and proceed if you are happy.

- **Please note Poles which are 136cm and above in length will come with an extra wall mounted centre support tee piece to support the curtain pole at its mid way point due to the length**

Product Finish :
Raw steel and iron with a clear coating applied to seal the surface finish.
Product Assembly & Installation :
The curtain pole will come partially assembled, all you need to do is screw the two finial ends on to each end of the pipe and then fix in place.
Fixings :
This product is not supplied with fixings due to the variety of different substrates that it can be fixed to. We specially source the fixings in our pictures and you can buy them. Just navigate to the Fixings section of our website to see if they are suitable for your needs.

Approximate Dimensions :
All of the poles as standard are made using half inch diameter pipework and associated fittings. That makes the pole diameter about 2 centimetres.
All of the poles as standard when mounted on your wall will reach approximately 105mm away from your wall into the room at its furthest reach. The distance from your wall to the rear face of the pole will be approximately 75mm. We have included measurements on one of the photos in this listing so you can better see this.
Look & Feel of Fe20six products :
All of our products are made using naturally finished iron and steel. The products will have surface marking to give the individual product the Industrial / Urban look and feel. This is deliberate on our part and we do this to maintain the Industrial look and so that no two products are quite the same. All of our products come with a protective coating (unless galvanised or stainless products where coating is not required) to reduce corrosion and seal the surface finish so that when it leaves our facility and arrives with you, it still looks as great as the day we made it.
